I have been working for this agency for 22 years,in my home, non smoking ,making the children feel that my home is theirs ,i try to create a warm and safe enviroment for the children,,, i would say my stronges strength is i care for each child as they were my own,i realize people will say what you want to hear as to get business i anm not special but i will do the best i can so when the parent leaves the child wth me they can go to work and not worry.I do parties for each child on their special day i have special activities on each holiday , we do smaller crafts and i also dont believe in a lot of tv id rather take the child outside play in the leaves,color on a sidewalk ,pick pinecones look for bugs etc,,
