My home daycare is located in a single family home, I have a large playroom and a fully fenced backyard. With over 10 years’ experience in the childcare industry caring for children of all ages I hope to make your child’s and your daycare experience a great one. I take care of my two boys as well as up to three others with full enrollment. I have my first aid and Level 1 in childhood development (from Alberta).
The playroom has many elements to keep your child entertained and learning throughout the day. Our toys include cars with tracks, mega blocks, play kitchen, dress up, dolls, train table, and many other fun things to play with. The children also have a chance to do puzzles and books. We do many crafts each week such as painting, gluing, and colouring. The backyard is equipped with ride on toys, large cars, sandbox, a swing set that includes both a slide and club house. I take the children on walks as well to both explore the neighbourhood and on occasion to the local park. The children also have special activity days each month to provide them with extra stimulation and fun.
I provide lunch and two snacks daily for the children, our meals are based of the Canadian food guide. Meals are made on site in a kitchen next to the playroom. The washroom is also located on the same level.
The playroom is also newly renovated.
