I am a mature fit, healthy (I run marathons!) mom (empty nester)and Nana who isn't doing this to help out financially while my kids are babies, this is my lifelong career of 25 years and I LOVE IT!
There is a special bond between myself and the children and their families. Not a child has left my care without tears shed because we will miss each other so much. I can provide you with many references who will attest to the love and nurturing I can provide for your child.
I have a lot to offer your child, we have story/music times, crafts, outdoor walks and play in my awesome fully fenced backyard. There is a park right across the street. I have a large, safe daycare area filled with fun and stimulating toys and games. I think of all the moments I spend with your child as teachable moments. This is such an important time in their lives, it is important that we challenge them in a fun way...they are learning through play.
I am certified in First Aid and CPR. I have had a recent Police Check.
I am located right off of Upper Gage, near the Linc. My hours are 7:30 - 5:30. I serve a healthy breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks during the day.
I've organized the daycare so your child will have his own personal cubby for day to day items and a large basket for extra clothing and supplies. No toting (or forgetting) diaper bags which makes mornings a whole lot less stressful.
