Hello my name is Lisa Dean. I am starting a daycare and we are looking for 2 to 3 friends to join our group. Or if you are looking for before and after school care, partime or full time. I live in the Barrhaven area.
I also have first aid/cpr and police check. Our home is pet free, smoke free. I have a daughter who is 3 1/2 , that I stay at home with. We just learned to that she is allergic to tree nuts and are trying to make our home as nut free as possible.
I am a licenced home daycare through the MFRC. My rates are $40 per day, with 2 healthy snacks and lunch provided. My hours are flexible, starting as early as 6:45am for drop off to as late as 5:30pm for pickup. I am trying to accommodate parents that have longer hours or longer commute from work or school.
Also I will book up to three weeks of vacation per year, with written notice (we have a schedule up to a year in advance so there will be proper notice). This vacation time will not be paid, but stat holidays will be (there are 11 per calendar year).
