I am an independent home child care provider with an ECE background located in Forest Heights! (Really close to Meadowlane Public School).
*I have 1 immediate space for a child under 2 years old, with no later than a September start - Full Time only*
*I have 2 spaces for a September start for a child over 2 years old - either Full time or Part Time*
I have 3 children of my own (6,4, and 1) and I have been doing home childcare for over 5 years; I have several years of experience working in a well known daycare, and many years of working with young children.
Our relaxed, structured days include:
-Outdoor play (hurray for warm weather!) In our fully fenced back yard
-Sensory opportunities and activities
-Books and stories
-Large, bright, main floor playroom with lots of natural lighting
-Developmentally appropriate activities and toys
-We spend time doing some baking in the kitchen if age appropriate
-Healthy nutritious home cooked warm meals and low-sugar snacks
-Community activities and outings if space permits
My hours are Monday to Friday; 7am-5pm (preferably by 5, though I can be a little flexible if needed). We are a smoke free and pet free environment.
I have my ECE diploma and current First Aid/CPR/Police check and great references!
