I am a successful childcare provider who has space for 5 before and after school children beginning May 1, 2012. If you have a child with a peanut allergy and/or asthma, I specialize in that as my own child is peanut allergic and we're both asthmatic, so you'll benefit from knowing that an experienced and very well-educated care provider is caring for your child.
**We just located from Ottawa last year, so had to give up my daycare there**
These are before and after school spaces, 5 days a week only. Infant, toddler and pre-schooler care is not available.
I am within walking distance to John Mahood Public School, so would prefer children who attend this school.
Elmira has many resources available to keep the children engaged, so on PD days, March Break and Summer, swimming and skating (where pad is available) will be just some of our summer activities as well as fishing, going to the park, long bike-rides, library days and other activities as available.
BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL RATE IS $15/DAY. Compare that with the Waterloo-District School Board rate of $24 a day with the inflexibility to change increase/decrease days as needed.
FULL DAY RATE IS $35/DAY. Everything is covered. You don't have to send lunch and snacks. The only thing I would ask is if we decide to go to a movie or Fun-Worx, that you provide the admittance fee.
I have my First Aid & Police Records Check.
My hours are 7:30 - 5:00 p.m.

1. My home is a peanut/nut free/non-smoking home and will always remain so as my own child is peanut allergic.
2. I drive to activities with the children. If you don't want your children in my vehicle, please don't contact me.
3. I only take children with diet related special needs. I will not be accepting children with developmental needs and consideration. |
