My name is Kelly and I have over 10 years of childcare experience in various programs. I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator and I have advanced studies in special needs; I am also the mother of 2 beautiful girls. I have worked with children from birth up to high school in age, both in child care centres and in school settings.
I am only looking to take on 1-2 children in my home in Hamilton so I offer a very flexible schedule. As the wife of a paramedic and the daughter of a police officer I understand the stresses and difficulty for shift workers to find quality child care. For this reason I am offering my services for shift workers as well and am able to follow your schedule, whether it be evenings/weekends/overnights. As I am only taking on one-2 children this flexibility is something I am able and willing to accommodate.
I believe that children learn through play and actively exploring their environments in a safe and age appropriate way. I will have a variety of activities and programs based on the children's interests, desires and needs. I am located close to a park and I also have a fenced in yard with play equipment and activities.
Meals and healthy snacks will be provided.
Fees will vary based on the amount of hours in attendance. Part time rates and sibling discounts are available. After hours/overnights/weekend rates are also available.
