Hello, my name is Jacara. I'm a full time daycare provider for three energetic children (one of whom is my son). Our home has a large child dedicated area as well as 2 dedicated bedrooms. We also have a deck and fully fenced back yard (for the days it's not nice enough to go to the park we have a swing and slide set to make sure outside time is always fun).
In broad strokes our day is normally: activity in the morning (OEYC, library, circle time, sensory bins, etc), nap/quiet break after lunch, outside time. This is of course with snacks and a bunch of random running around, reading, cars, play dough and the rest of the good stuff thrown in.
We currently attend groups at the library, OEYC, and visit the local parks regularly. We don't have electronic toys or watch tv, we read daily and sing many songs. I love taking care of children, helping them learn and watching them grow.
Admission conditions
A love of pets would be great, we share our home with a loving and excitable chocolate lab mutt and a senior citizen cat. The dog isn't in the children's play area but may hang out in the back yard with us. The cat is somewhat unstoppable and she visits us occasionally while we play.
