Mother of a 4 and 6 year old providing care in my home. I provide a low caregiver to child ratio in a safe and nurturing environment with a focus on socialization and outdoor play. We are a gluten, dairy, corn, sugar-free household. I am very health conscious and strive to provide the highest quality in homemade meals and snacks to sustain the children hard at play. Your child can expect weekly trips to the library (we sign out a min. of 15 new hand-selected books, audio books and CDs every week), a variety of playgrounds, walks to the lake, drop-in centres, play dates, circle-time singing, dancing to music, etc. Reading and crafts are also a big part of our day. Education and learning are provided through guided play for the children to develop school readiness skills.
I will provide a high chair, playpen (pack’n’play) for naptime, a potty and stroller for walks, if needed.
I am located within walking distance to David Hornell Jr. School and can provide before and after-school care, as well. This home daycare is on the sunny main floor (not a basement!) of a home.
