What a genius!! Hello! I am offering a home daycare in the Barrhaven/Stonebridge area (Jockvale & Riverstone intersection). I am a mom of 2 - a sweet 10 yr old and an adorable 20 month old - I'd like to think they would say I am a loving, fun mom. I have 5 yrs experience working with children, 2 yrs as a home daycare provider and last 3 yrs working with children with Autism as an Instructor Therapist for a children's hospital. I am excited to offer my home and my services as a child care-giver, and provide for your child what every child deserves- a safe and clean home, and a caring, stimulating and fun environment. Typical day would include structured activities(arts and crafts), outdoor physical activities(walks or play at the park), bad weather? - no worries, dancing is a great way to move. Circle time with singing and reading is a daily must and of course, free PLAY is encouraged! Weekly outings to libraries, playgroups, indoor playgrounds(have transportation) is included. Occasional trips to Valleyview Farm, Children's Museum, Experimental Farm is on the agenda. Such busy bodies need fuel and rest, so healthy snacks and lunch(weekly menu) will be provided and quiet/nap times will be encouraged.
