I have just moved to Nanaimo, and am looking for a bunch of fabulous children to fill my home! I have been providing childcare in a home setting for 4 years now. I am an experienced and loving mother of two special needs kids: I am super patient, and truly love working with all children. I endeavor to provide a second home for your child, one that they absolutely love to come to everyday. I have attended many parenting classes and workshops over the years, including speech and languange, behavior, nutrition and home safety.
I am a really creative, hands on person….we do tons of crafts and activites, from baking, colouring and story-telling to fort-making, music and gardening. I have great kid-friendly house and a huge fenced yard that is just begging for some little gardeners. I live within walking distance of a fabulous park and love to go on exploration walks around the neighborhood. I believe that a well-balanced meal plan, lots of exercise, fresh air and brain stimulation contribute greatly to a child’s well-being and growth. Our days are structured to allow for all of that, so your child will learn and develop into a happy, amazing individual.
I have a smoke and pet free home.
