HIGHLY RECOMMENDED DAY HOME HAS ONE FULL-TIME OPENING FOR MARCH 2020 FOR A CHILD 10 MONTHS TO 4 YEARS OLD!
Hello there!
My name is Niki and I have been running a Day Home for pre-school children for 15 years.
With the help of my husband & two grown daughters, the little ones who’ve come through our door have really been considered extended family.
At our Day Home, we provide a nurturing, educational and stimulating environment right from 10 months old.
Working with shapes, colours, numbers, letters, telling stories and playing games, we love to teach and take pride in truly preparing your child for school.
We serve nutritious meals, enjoy music (singing, dancing and instruments), arts and crafts, baking, sensory play and toys abound!
Educational excursions are enjoyed yearly to the maple syrup farm, apple orchard and the zoo, as well as weekly trips to library group.
At our home, we are very much ‘Kids at Heart’! Being festive and celebrating various holidays, PJ Days, Birthdays, our annual Summer BBQ and Christmas Appreciation Dinner are very important to us and our Day Home families.
We have dedicated 90% of our smoke-free house for Day Home usage. The play area is a spacious room on the main floor with plenty of light. Each child has their own room for naps. But the BIG HIGHLIGHT…is our ½ acre fenced-in play zone equipped with a large swing set, uneven bars, climbers, mini roller coaster, sand boxes, mini houses, dome climber and even a zip line! It is here that we spend a great deal of time learning to play while getting fresh air and exercise.
I have an updated Police Records Check, CPR & First Aid training, many excellent references, and do provide receipts. My hours of operation are 7:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday.
