A bit about the facility.....
**We're currently having our full lower level renovated top to bottom to create a fun, safe, and creative environment**
Our home is on a beautiful, quiet, no-exit street with very little traffic. We have two amazing green acres of secure property with lots of great space to explore and learn all year long! Spending quality time outdoors is a very important part of our day.
The facility will boast a brand new beautiful full floor daycare, with a large play & learn area, quiet time/slumber room, full kitchen, bathroom, with a secured separate entrance. Safety and security are top priority!
In our brand new kitchen, you can expect your child to enjoy a heathy morning snack to get their day started right. Lunch will be served daily, and an afternoon snack will keep the energy going for the rest of the day :). Nutritional fun meals and snacks can be expected everyday.
In the slumber room, your child will have time to rest, and recharge with a calming environment and comfortable surroundings.
We'll spend some time in the play and learn space thoughout the day. Circle time, reading, painting, crafts, sensory time, music, dancing, singing, learning are just some of the fun things your child will experience.
A bit about me....
I am a lovng caring (and sometimes over-protective) mother of two school aged children just coming out of the corporate world. My love and protectivess for children helped me make the decision to open my own home based family child care centre. I can't wait to get started, and be a part of your child's life. Children bring so much joy to this world, and I would love to be a small part of that joy! I have plenty of experience with infants, toddlers, and school aged children. I know first hand, as a parent sending your child to daycare is a heart wrenching, and a difficult task- i've been there! I will do everything I can to make the transition for you, and your precious child as seamless as possible. I believe in having a play based learning system, that lets children learn at their own pace.
I am first aid, and CPR certified (2013), and have current police back ground checks for both myself and my husband.
