	I am an Early Childhood Education graduate who provides temporary, part time, flexible home child care. My program is based on respect for each child as an individual, and their interests and abilities. My philosophy focuses on fostering autonomy, independence, a love of learning, and a growth mind set. We spend hours outdoors, exploring the trails in our neighborhood; observing and investigating nature.
