Discovery is the best way for children to learn about the world. In my home, your children will have ample opportunities to discover sensory, numeracy, literacy, nature, and social skills through music, games, arts, puzzles, block building, circle time, role playing, regular library visits, and outdoor play.
I am a teacher currently taking time off to raise my two small children, and I provide structured days as well as daily unstructured play. I encourage children to use their imaginations in all play-based learning.
I live close to parks, a library, splash pad, and forest, and I take advantage of these resources daily for the enjoyment and learning of the children.
I only serve healthy/homemade food, so that your child's body is being nourished as well as their mind.
