Hi my name is Stephanie and I am a Professional Child Care Provider with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and a certificate in Infant/Toddler Care and Guidance. I have over 25 year experience in the field of Early Childhood Education with first aid and CPR training and a list of reference if requested. I also do provide full tax receipts.
My Philosophy is very simple: Children learn through play and routine and love and guidance. They learn through everyday experiences along with structured activities.
My program is designed to provide your children with a variety of learning tools and activities that foster social development, self help skills, problem solving abilities along with cognitive, fine motor and gross motor opportunities. We sing songs, do lots of sensory activities and sometimes just sit and enjoy some quiet time with a book.
I have a full range of out door toys and equipment to foster gross motor experience along with imagination play. Sometime will take walks through the neighbourhood to explore nature and visit the many different parks in my area.
We have been known to have our snacks and lunch outdoors weather permitting. We have also been known to have picnics in the park as well.
