Information about my child care:
I am a new business, and will be unlicensed
Rates for children under 18 months will be 43/day, half day rate will be 21.50 18 months to 4 rate drops to 40/day
Have my vulnerable persons police check
Have service contract, sick and disciplinary policies
Times : 7:30 till 5:00pm, half days are from 7:30-12pm or 12 till 5
My first aid and CPR are up to date
I provide healthy balanced snacks(2) and lunch daily, specific dietary requirements are discussed on a case per case basis( I am not a peanut, tree nut and egg free home)
The daycare is run in my basement, with various activities ( free play, crafts, colouring, outdoor play, age appropriate field trips) for all kids, nap area is upstairs in my spare bedroom, parents need to provide a playpen for naps as I only have one.
Meals are served in my kitchen, I have a fenced in back yard and live right next door to our community playground.
Parents need to provide extra clothing and diapers, I will provide wipes
Personal information: I am a mom that finished a work contract and decided that I wanted to stay home and open my own business and be home with my children. I have two daughters, the oldest is in school full time, and my youngest is 2 years old and at home with me. My husband works during the day and is sometimes at home but would not be with the children.( he does have full security clearances due to his jobs) |
