At Curious Cubs Childcare Centre, I am focused on each child's needs and strive to ensure every day their happiness is my priority & will do everything I can to exceed their expectations.
Children receive individual attention aimed at their learning pace so you'll be sure they will enjoy learning while playing and discover new friendships built to last. I offer a variety of services for children as young as infants, toddlers enjoy exploring and learning activities in the nursery and preschool program which focuses on early literacy and mathematics and a before and after school program for kids 4 and up.
I have standard First Aid/CPR, current CRC, behavioural management and coaching techniques that I have learned while caring for kids of all ages for over the past 10 years. I have excellent references and have built great relationships with each of the families I have had the opportunity to meet. I have experience as a live-in caregiver, occasional/urgent babysitting and in home daycare.
Services Include:
1.) Safe, smoke-free environment with a home setting focused on fun and educational activities.
2.) Sibling discounts and reasonable day /hourly rate with flexible hours to accommodate shift workers and no charge for vacation or sick day absences.
3.) Limited number of children to reduce illness and more one-on-one focus to strengthen individual abilities.
4.) Accommodations for infants (approx. 1 yr.) to school age children with flexible routines tailored to individual needs which incorporate age appropriate literacy and math programs.
5.) Daily journal provided detailing activities, nap and bathroom time/diaper changes, and meals/snacks your child enjoyed!
6.) Parents are consulted in the planning of weekly meals to ensure that health requirements are met (i.e. gluten free, lactose-free) and children are encouraged to participate in choosing and preparing their meals
7.) Eco-friendly cleaners to reduce chemicals in the children’s environment.
