I am currently on maternity leave and will be extending my leave to stay home with my two children over the summer. I am offering summer childcare up until September 2014, available either on a full time or part time basis. I am looking to fill one or two spots in order to supplement my income over the summer.
This is my first endeavor running a home daycare so I can only provide personal references. I also can provide a copy of my police record check and of my CPR Certificate. Receipts are provided.
While in my care children will receive breakfast, lunch and two healthy snacks. If requested a diary of the child's daily activities will be provided to keep parents updated of their day.
A little about myself and my family...
I have two amazing children, my son is age 3.5 and my daughter is 9 months. We live in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood with two great parks/playgrounds within a short walk. We love taking walks to a local play ground to feed the ducks.
During the summer we are active outside. Our backyard has a playground with a slide and swings. we also do a lot of water play. We enjoy cooling down on hot days running through the sprinkler, playing with our water table or splashing in the kiddy pool.
On rainy days we do a lot of crafts and we also like baking goodies as a special treat. We have a play area on our main floor but most of our toys are in a stocked basement with plenty of girl, boy and baby toys. A train table and a play kitchen are just a couple of the fun toys in our basement.
