I am a loving mother of two (born July 2011 & Sept 2013) and my goal is to provide an affordable "home away from home" in a clean, safe, fun and loving environment.
Varied, flexible and age appropriate activities which include individual and group activities that promote gross and fine motor skills, language, social and emotional development.
Daily outdoor play, arts & crafts, story time, songs, music, puzzles, sensory bins, felt board, dress-up and circle time. Seasonal and holiday related activities where applicable.
We do NOT watch TV!!
Healthy, fresh and whole food home cooked meals, snacks and baked goods. Can accommodate dietary needs including Gluten Free.
Walking distance to 3 great parks and Chapman Mills School (before and after school care available). Beautiful paved walking path adjacent home.
CPR & First Aid Certified (2 day St. John's).

Below are some specific beliefs and philosophies:
Toilet Training: I feel each child is ready for toilet training at different times. When we notice signs of physical readiness, we will talk about a plan for training.
Schedule: The schedule is a guideline and is very flexible based on children’s needs, interests, mood, enjoyment or completion of activities.
Parental Involvement: Parents of children in care are welcomed to attend and form part of our group at any time.
