The Gathering Place has been operating for 8+ years. Many of our families have been with us from the start and have returned following their maternity leave with an additional child to place in our care. Quite a few of our "original" kids have begun full-time school, so it is time for us to look to the community for new families.
Our days are filled with fun activities (crafts, story/music time, etc.) designed to nurture your child’s social skills, emotional development, cognitive growth, physical agility as well as improving their fine / gross motor skills.
Our daily outings include: backyard play, walks around the neighbourhood and to the nearby park. Occasion wagon rides to Garnet B. Arena for the YMCA Early Learning Programs or traveling by public transit to the Clarington Public Library for story time.
