I am offering summer child care in my home for the months of July and August. My home is located in the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood in Brampton.
I am an early childhood educator, a special needs teaching assistant for the Peel District School Board, and a mother of 2 children ages 4 years old and 9 months old.
I have been employed with the PDSB for 9 years, and also have experience working with children in a variety of different settings including daycares, after school programs, play centres, tutoring, and I have also been a live out nanny.
I have a bright, sunny clean home with an open concept layout. I have lots of toys for children to play with. I have a large, partially fenced yard and a neighbourhood park 2 blocks from my home.
Each day I will provide:
*breakfast, lunch and snacks
*outdoor play time (weather permitting)
*circle time with stories and songs
*crafts and opportunities for creative expression
*educational activities based on your child's age and developmental level
*open ended free play
*activities to promote and develop social skills
Admission conditions
I will be keeping my group small, and will only be accepting 2 children this summer. A smaller group will provide more specialized care and closer supervision of children.
