One-on-one home day-care space opening offering the following:
- Stay-at-home-mother to 19-month old Rachel, currently caring for one additional child (this arrangement will be ending mid-July);
- Looking to care for a new child at this time, preferably similar in age to my own daughter;
- Will only care for one child, and therefor able to provide excellent one-on-one care that is flexible and unique;
- Recently renovated semi-detached home. Very clean, bright, and child-friendly. Three bedrooms, with separate crib in spare room. Stimulating and healthy toys. No TV time. Large back-yard space. Family-friendly medium sized dog;
- Outside time is prioritized every day. Located walking distance from Etienne Brule Park and several playgrounds;
- I attend a "mom's group" in Swansea every Wednesday, frequent the Jane-Dundas Library, and The Early-Years Centre in the Junction when weather is cooler;
- All foods are home-made, fresh, often organic. Two snacks per day and sizeable lunch;
- Will accomodate cloth-diapering (if preferred);
- Several years of lifeguard experience (very knowledgeable in First Aid and CPR);
- Premise my childcare on open-communication with parents throughout the day and flexibility in terms of schedule;
- Structured day-time routine that is filled with play and learning.
