At Play Child Care is a play based Reggio Emilia philosophy where learning is based on the children's interests. Daily and weekly art, science, math and baking activities are offered as well as daily outdoor time. Each day follows a preschool type curriculum routine that's geared towards whole child development. Social, emotional and empathy skills are a large focus as well.
At Play Child Care, namely its owner Michelle, is Early Childhood Educator and Infant Toddler Educator certified and has all valid credentials required. The center is licensed by Fraser Health and has routine inspections from fire and licensing officers.
Michelle has 13 years teaching experience in large play based and Montessori group daycare centers in the lower mainland. Now Michelle is offering quality child care from her home with her 2 sons.
