Hi, my name is Priscilla & I have been doing home daycare since 2009. I am a wife and a mom to 1 daughter (who is 16).
I am located in Old Milton (Martin & Steeles area)
I offer a fun and loving environment for children to grow, play and learn. I believe in hands on learning for children and letting them learn through discovery, free play and let them build upon their imaginations and interests. I encourage confidence and independence with the development of skills.
Activities vary on a daily basis depending on the ages of the children in care and what activities the kids enjoy most. Some activities include: outside play, lots of music and dancing, story time, coloring, painting, practicing of letters, colours, numbers, days of the week, arts & crafts, imaginary play.
I am open daily from 8:30am – 5:00pm
Healthy lunch and snacks provided each day.
Lots of space for children to play. Smoke free & pet free home
There is a large park directly across the street from my home.
I have my First Aid and CPR, Police record check and vulnerable sector screening.
I am licensed through Cherish Home Child Care (through the MCRC and am part of CWELCC)
I keep in close contact with the parents and am always here to answer questions. I have a Daycare Facebook page (which is closed & invite only due to privacy) that I use to post pictures of the children on a weekly basis. This way you can see all of your child’s adventures.
Receipts are provided annually for income tax purposes.
