I am a mother of three children...ages 2, 2 and 5. I have been offering quality child care in my clean, child-friendly, smoke-free & dog-friendly home in the Grand River Hospital area for the past year. Located just minutes away from Sunlife Financial on Union and King St.
I currently have both full-time (12 months+) & before/after school spaces (starting in September for children attending Elizabeth Zigler Public School).
I offer nutritious meals, snacks & drinks. Free play, as well as planned activities will be offered throughout the day. Some activities include: reading, dancing, crafts, music, painting, outdoor time, educational fun (learning letters & numbers), singing songs and lots of creative activities to enjoy, as well as a large fenced-in backyard with a play structure, ride-on toys and more.
There is one shared sleeping area for two children, and one individual sleeping area for nap/quiet time and playpens/daycare cots are provided. Each child will also have a bin to keep their belongings in, and one located with change table for diapers and wipes.
I treat each and every child geared to their individual needs but I am a firm believer and strongly encourage group play, togetherness & cooperation. Each day we will participate in individual activities but also in group activities which teach sharing and respect while having a fun and educational time.
