Hello, my name is Linda and I have been providing loving and very educational daycare for over 25 years. Most often the children that I've cared for are at the top of their class when they go to school. My daycare is on the main level of my open concept home. We have playtime, storytime, crafts, ABC's, numbers, songs and cute little poems for all occasions. The children enjoy dance party and outdoor play in a terrific fenced yard with slides, teeter todders, a Little Tykes fort, sand box, toddler basketball net etc. We bake cookies and birthday cakes. There is routine everyday which gives children a sense of security. There are always happy times. Also, I like to make nutritous lunches and snacks - lots of vegetables and fruit. My house is clean. I believe in praising the positive. I respect each child and strive to build confidence in them which promotes good behaviour and proper treatment of others. Good manners and correct speech are practised everyday. I am very reliable. Also, I give receipts for income tax purposes and have many excellent references. |
