I would love to provide quality part-time care for you and your child; where they can smile, feel at peace and just simply enjoy their days. I believe our children are our most precious gift in our life and I want to be the place that you don't have to worry and stress if they are being valued and cared for.
I know what it is like to try to find quality child care; it can be harder than getting the job! If you are interested; I would love to meet you over tea/coffee and we can just test the waters and you can get a feel for our home. If it feels right; great! If not... That is okay. When I was looking I wanted a home away from home that was personable and felt like extended family. That is the atmosphere that I hope to create here as well.
I have 1 part-time spot available for a 2-3 year old. Monday and Wednesday only, $40.00 per day. We provide breakfast, two snacks and lunch. Whole grains with %100 juices not from concentrate. Fruits, veggies and lean proteins. (not afraid to hand out a cookie now and then though).
Our home is spacious and bright with tons of room to play and feel like a home away from home. Huge trampoline in the yard with a play constructor as well. We are annexed into the city yet have a country feel because of all the space and trees.
Some of the activities we get to do are... Baking, crafts, play dough, kinetic sand, picnics, blocks, stories, rice table, indoor tent, face painting, walks, play constructor, playing in the garden, huge trampoline, paddling pool, parachute, free choice play and structured play; Basically simply enjoying life.
My goal is to establish an atmosphere of respect and thoughtfulness. I long to teach the children they matter and how they treat people matters. Kindness is the goal and would love to attract parents with the same goal for their children.
I have my CPR, First Aid, Criminal check, excellent driving record and have taken my 240 hour Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) course and have taken a course in nutrition which was part of my college diploma also a smoke free home. Greatest training... Mama of four kids of all ages.
We are animal lovers with 5 cats running around the yard for outdoor entertainment and a horse.

Hours of operation: Monday and Wednesday 7:30am.- 4:30pm. (Willing to work around this time slightly if need be).
