Hi! My name is Jessica and I run a Home Daycare in Greenboro East. I am a mother of 3 and have over 10 years in Childcare experience including working in a Montessori School in Germany.
I am located in a great area for people making the drive from Findlay Creek into downtown as well as locally within our neighborhood.
My program is social based where we work on role play, sharing, manners, independence and communicating well with others. ! I am transitioning my daycare into a more natural and organic area, wooden toys, loose parts, imaginative small world play as well as a custom built wooden play structure in my space!
I run a very close knit daycare where open communication with parents is key. My familes are an extension of my own and we treat each other with the utmost respect.
Within my daycare I have a beautiful fenced in backyard with water table, play houses, mud kitchen ( with real pots and pans) as well as a sand box, log stepping stones snd Play structures.
We attend playgroups 2 x a week at the community centre, visits to story time st the library and we visit local parks, green spaces and splash pads
Play based learning, wooden toys and an emphasis on imaginative play and working together.
I have my CPR vulnerable sectors check.
Admission conditions
I have 2 cats a brother and sister so if you are allergic, you may not be the right fit for my Home Daycare :)
