'Play expands intelligence, stimulates the imagination, encourages creative problem solving and helps develop confidence, self-esteem and a positive attitude toward learning.'
(Dr. Fraser Mustard)
Hello Parents,
My name is Carrie and I am a registered Early Childhood Educator with over 12 years of experience in the child care field. I am a proud mommy of three wonderful children. 5 year old twins and a 3 year old. I have been very fortunate to be able to be home with them for the last few years. Last year my twins started school and I was able to open my home to a few friend and family members that required care for their children. Currently I am enjoying some one on one time with my 3 year old doughter but, would be happy to have a couple of other children join in our daily activities. I take great pride in working with children and love being part of thier learning and growing experience. I believe that a child learns best through play and exploration. I am commited to making each day special while making sure that my children and yours are safe, healthy and happy. :) I have a smoke free, pet free home. My main floor if very clean and childproff and has a very welcoming playroom. The backyard is not huge but is fully fenced and full of fun, age appropriate equipment. We are walking distance to a park and like to participate in weekly trips such as Early Years Centres and Public Libraries. Before and after school care negotiable.
