Welcome to Tiny Tots Daycare. I provide daycare to families in Greely, Manotick, and Metcalfe.
Providing a safe, nurturing, and fun environment in which your children can grow and thrive is my priority. I have over a decade of experience caring for children of all different ages. I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator and a member of the College of ECE. I am also trained in First Aid and CPR.
The daycare provides a wide range of activities that are suitable for infants through school age children, so you can have your children stay together. Your child will participate in preplanned and spontaneous activities in a play based environment. Some of the activities your child will enjoy are: art, baking, gardening, gross motor play, table top activities, and outdoor exploration. The daycares’ schedule and environment are planned to foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
The daycare has two main playrooms. The first is a cozy main floor playroom which is ideal for the younger child. It has engaging toys and games that are rotated on a regular basis, so your little will never get bored. The second is a large gross motor room, to keep your little one active even on the rainiest of days. It has a hammock swing, mini house, ride on toys, sports activities, and padded flooring to keep your kiddo safe while running around. Additionally, the main floor family room is set up with many activities suitable for the school-aged child. The children have supervised access to a large backyard that offers much to explore.
Homemade, nutritiously balanced snacks and lunches are provided. The daycare is smoke free, also the toys and home are kept clean. Busing is provided for Castor Valley, St. Mary, and Greely Public schools.
Currently, I am seeking a single family for which to provide childcare, until vaccinations for covid-19 are more readily available.
