Hi, my name is Amanda and I am currently running a day home that is registered with a licensed and accredited agency.
My guidelines follow the Government of Alberta Family Day Home Standards Manual. I do meal planning and program planning for each day, and get monthly surprise visits from the agency. I have my first aid and CPR which was recently done in December. My husband and myself both have updated criminal record checks and child intervention checks. I am also in the process of completing my Level 1 (Child Development Assistant).
My hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30-5:00. I will provide breakfast (if needed), lunch, and 2 snacks- all nutritional and following the Canadian Food Guide.
We spend a lot of time outside playing, doing messy art play, and we have fun with our sensory bins!
Right now, I have 1 immediate full time opening available for a child over the age of 2! I'm also available part time (Monday's only) for a child of any age. If you have any questions or would like to set up an interview to meet me and my family, please send me an email.
