I am a Mother of 3 wonderful daughters and I have 3 amazing step children. My three daughters (ages 2, 4 and 11) as well as my step son (19) live with me. I have several years of child care experience. I have a college education; I graduated from the addictions worker program and specialize in youth. Cindy's home childcare offers educational activities, regular trips to the public library for story tie and activities, weekly play group at the community centre, trips to the park and so much more. Each day we have circle time where we read stories and play games. We also have creative play using items that help develop motor skills (ie. Play dough, colouring, painting, water and sand tables). We spend at least plan hour outside each day (weather permitting). During the summer we grow an organic garden which allows the children to learn where fruits and vegetables come from and the processes as well as teaches healthy eating habits. I am very flexible with my availability. Evening and weekend care is a possibility that we can discuss. If you are looking for care in the Bells Corners area we would love some new friends. Cindy's Home Childcare is a pet friendly home. We have a very happy go lucky, loving chiuawawa/pug mix named Ruby.
