I am a registered Early Childhood Educator and mother of 2, with over 10 years experience working in a childcare center. I am passionate about working with children and families, and I believe that the early years are the most important! Children deserve to spend time in a nurturing and engaging environment, and I strive to provide this with high quality programing in my home daycare.
Providing care for children ages 18 months - 6 years old. Part time and before and after school care may also be available.
We follow a daily schedule that includes free play, crafts and sensory activities, outdoor play, nutritious snacks and lunches, circle time, stories, songs and much more. I support play based learning and encourage children to explore their environment to learn about the world around them.
During your child's time at Alicia's Quality Home Childcare, I will compile your child's personal portfolio. This includes artifacts such as photographs, artwork, anecdotal observations and developmental checklists. It serves as a wonderful memory book of your child's early years!
