Play based home daycare located in the Junction Triangle, close to Dundas west and Dupont.
I currently have two full time spaces available, but can do part-time and before/after school as well.
My background is in social work, having 5 + years experience working with homeless youth and their families.
My training includes
• Child Minding certificate from OEYC
• First aid and CPR certified
• Food Handler’s
• Crisis Prevention and intervention training
• Current police reference check
Our typical day would look something like this:
9-10:30 Carelton Village Family literacy centre or Davenport/Perth Ontario Early Years centre (includes snack, art, crafts and sensory play)
11-11:30 Circle time
11:30-12:15 Lunch
12:30-2:30 Nap/ quiet time
2:30-4 Outdoor play (weather permitting), crafts, sensory exploration, songs and music
