The Mothercraft Ottawa licensed Home Child Care Program has been providing quality child care in a family atmosphere since 1983. Parents tell us that this program gives them “the best of both worlds” - the benefits of a family atmosphere and individual attention, combined with legislated standards for quality and safety.
We offer licensed home child care for children from infancy to 10 years of age in approved home settings. We have unlimited full-fee spaces and approximately 150 subsidized spaces. We cover the following areas: Bayshore, Britannia, Ottawa West, Barrhaven. Downtown and Ottawa East.
