Hello, my name is Liz and I have been running a private daycare out of my home for more than 10 years now. The first 2 years I worked with Wee Watch but then decided to work for myself. I'm located in the Townline/Melran area of Hespeler. I have 2 boys of my own ages 14 and 16 years as well as a cat named Garfield.
I am fully trained in First Aid/CPR with the Red Cross and have my police check available for you to view as well as fantastic references from both past and present parents.
I offer a fully fenced yard for little ones to play in with a climber, teeter totter, swing and lots of toys including a water table and kiddie pool for the summer. I'm also close to 2 parks with a walking distance of no more than 10min. My home has central air for those hot days and I have a wonderful playroom for the kids to play in on the days when it's not so nice out.
In my daycare we do lots of fun activities and outings. Daily crafts, storytime and visits to the park. Parents receive weekly activity schedules so they always know what we have planned. Younger children go home with a written account of their day so parents know what we did, what we ate and how long we slept. We celebrate all the holidays and of course everyone's Birthday. Some of the outings we have done in the past have included visits to the Fire Dept, apple and strawberry picking, Wings of Paradise and stops at all the local splash pads to play and have a picnic. Some of the themes we do include, Transportation, Weather, Mad Science, Teddy Bear Picnic, Fairy Tales, Dr. Seuss, Water Fun day, Wacky Hair Day, Pajama Day, Colors, Shapes and soooooo many more.
My rates include lunch and 2 snacks as well as any costs for outings. To discuss rates please feel free to contact me. |
