Hi! My name is Kandis and I am soon to be a stay at home mom with a 3yr old boy and a 1yr old girl. I have decided to leave a career in law enforcement to raise my children and hope to get a few playmates for them.
I have had plenty of experience with kids both in my professional and personal life. I have always been a kid at heart, I am very energetic and I love planning days packed full of activities that meet children’s physical, emotional and educational needs. Some of my other hobbies are camping, arts and crafts, reading, and baking specifically making specialty cakes.
I have had lots of time to think about making this “career” change and so you will see I am very well prepared. I have monthly themes with weekly activities, as well as random fun days like beach parties or pj days. I will also provide monthly meal plans that include a variety of healthy options for breakfast, lunch and snacks.
My husband is also in law enforcement and we have a beautiful two storey home in spruce grove. We are not smokers and although we do have two dogs they are not in the house and won’t ever be in the company of the day home children. I have a fun playroom set up with all kinds of age appropriate toys, including puzzles, coloring, play-dough, educational toys and much more. Our backyard is completely fenced and wide open for lots of fresh air free play with toys and sporting equipment. We also have a park directly behind our house.
