I offer a friendly home environment where your children will be cared for as my own. I seek to provide activities to entertain, educate, and help your children learn and thrive. I am a mother of two girls previously employed in the developmental disabilities sector. Through a combination of professional and volunteer positions I have gained experience with children of all ages as well as special needs. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. I provide a flexible daycare ready to meet the needs of care that families require. I plan to always have one slot available for drop in for those who need that service as well. I have structured meal and snack times with a relaxed approach to scheduling activities based on the dynamic of the day. Most days we have outside play, including nature walks and trips to the local parks. On low ratio days field trips may be feasible but aren't guaranteed. We also have story time, arts and crafts, music and singing, and exercise whether outside playing or in a group activity. My home is TV friendly during drop off prior to breakfast and during quiet time when the opportunity for naps are provided. On occasion the TV may be utilized while lunch is being prepped. I provide diapers and wipes for an additional cost. I also offer a discount for full time when meals are provided by the family. Rate listed with this ad is for a 9.5hr day.
