Since this will be your child's home away from home, I try to provide a safe, caring, homelike atmosphere for your child while providing them with physical, intellectual, emotional and social development. Our home has cozy play and rest areas inside as well as a large, private and well kept yard for outdoor play and exploration.
Giggle Bugs is a play based program. The best way to encourage your toddler's physical development is to build lots of playtime, preferably outdoors as much as possible, into their routine and to pour on the love and affection. Practical play ideas like climbing, balancing, drawing, scribbling, dress up, filling/ emptying, molding/squishing, pushing/ pulling, running, jumping, stacking, sorting, stringing, splashing, throwing and catching, will keep even the most active toddler happily occupied.
At Giggle Bugs, I will be serving home made food, made with organic produce and meats from the Mennonite farms, as well as organic grains and milk 3.8%.
At Giggle Bugs your child will have the opportunity to explore, grow, create, discover, build relationships with his/ her peers, and become confident learners.

I also offer before/after school program for children enrolled in Clarksdale Public School, that is located just down the road from the home. Children will receive morning and afternoon snack, as well as playtime/homework time. |
