I've been running a home day care since May 2014. I have nine years experience with children from three weeks to ten years old. I have CPR and first aid as well as a vulnerable sectors check. I do have references available upon request.
I have two spots available as of June 24th. I'm looking for full time with babies and toddlers as I'd like something a little long term. Only one of the two spots can be a baby under 2 years old.
I offer healthy, fun meals and snacks. We also paint, bake, pretend play, read, do puzzles and have lots of fun. We go out a lot; daily park trips, weekly library trips, monthly movie trips for children two and up. I have a no TV rule for kids under two and we only watch an hour a day with older kids (but usually the TV doesn't even go on.)
My rates are;
$ 35 for 6 or more hours a day for one child. Or $ 6 an hour.
$ 50 for 6 or more hours a day for two children. Or $ 8 an hour.
I do offer discounts if you work a 6 day week.
Admission conditions
I do have pets; dogs and cats, but they're friendly and vaccinated. I do have large dogs, but they're kept away from babies and toddlers only because of their size.
Parent/guardian(s) must also be okay with the rules set out in the day care (strict no violence and bullying policy) and dress code (for both girls and boys.)
Always ensure that your child receives quality care by taking the time to investigate the provider and by asking for references! We simply cannot verify the claims of every daycare provider.
Updates
We expect providers to keep their listing and available openings up-to-date. However, to prevent oversights, openings expire after 45 days.
