I am a active mother of a 19 month old girl and a 3 year old boy.
At " Amanda's Home Daycare" we spend our days exploring and learning. Our days consist of indoor and outdoor play. We take trips to community events, parks, the library etc. The kids also enjoy crafts and story time. I provide a variety of educational activities and toys. I live in a townhouse. I have a front yard instead of a backyard. There is also a playground in the complex and we are within a 6-7 minute walk from Victoria Park.
I am registered with the Region of Waterloo. This is great for parents needing subsidized childcare. I follow strict guidelines for fire safety, baby proofing etc..I am First Aid and CPR trained. I also have a current police check along with fantastic references at your request.
My hours of operation are 6am - 6pm
Depending on my schedule I do occasional evening and weekend care.
My Rates depend on age and number of hours cared for. A typical day for a child who is 18-30 months is $38. 30-72 months is $36. School age is $34.
Before and after school care and half days are based upon hours cared for.
