My name is Robby and I am a 30 year old mother to 2 boys, a one year old and a two and a half year old. I have been employed as a Child Protection Worker since 2008. While I loved my job, I have left it to stay home with my children.
I have one spot left for an child over 2.
In my home we consume a gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, organic diet. This also applies to my daycare. We do not use harsh chemicals in our home either, and only use organic and natural cleaning products.
Organic, clean, natural living is extremely important to me and a passion of mine.
I am also open to cloth diapers as I have used these with my children.
Due to my background in protection work, you can rest assured that your child will be in a very safe environment.
I am trained to teach Triple P - Positive Parenting Program, I use this with my own children and use this in my daycare. This program focuses on positive reinforcement. Discipline is in the form of quiet time and time outs.
I am a gentle and loving caregiver, and I believe in having high expectations of children so that they can learn and grow to their full potential. I think that a sense of humour is very important, as are love and discipline. I believe that there are countless teachable moments throughout the day and I try to take advantage of these and teach new things informally.
I have a loose routine throughout the day that allows for outdoor time, free play, planned learning, two snacks, lunch and a nap.

I am English speaking; however, as my husband is French we are raising our children bilingual and I speak well enough French for my children's level.
I am a member of the Child Care Providers Resources Network (CCPRN). I have recently updated my First Aid/CPR and can provide a police record check if you would like.
