I am an Early Childhood Educator (2012) with 10 years of experience taking care of children 3 months till 5 years in both Canada and Holland. I am a mom of two, a boy of 8 and a girl who is 6, both are in school. I take care of 1 girl now 2 years old and a boy of almost 4. Starting March 2019 I will have availability for a new boy or girl to come play with us.
I strongly believe in learn through play: a child will learn physical, social, emotional and cognitive skills by experimenting through play with peers, by themselves or with an adult. Daily activities will be indoors and outdoors and reflect science, math and sensory experiences. As well as drama, block play, being creative and circle time. When children are ready we will do age appropriate activities in literacy.
With parent’s permission I take them out to parks, library, Early Years Centre, Mountsberg and other things that interest them. My opening hours are 7.30-5.30. References are available
