A little about me...I am a new mom to my 1 year old daughter and have made the decision to stay at home. Prior to having my daughter I was a Grade 6 homeroom and K-12 Physical Education teacher.
As a parent, teacher and caregiver I strongly believe in physical activity (going for walks, swimming, playing outside, dancing), eating healthy, reading books, minimal screen time and providing a healthy and safe environment for children to grow in.
I currently hold a criminal record check, first aid/CPR certification and non-violence intervention training.
