My name is Maria and I have over 20 years of experience around children. As a mother of two, ages four and three, I understand the importance of good quality day care. I live in Pickering off of Altona between Finch and Sheppard, within walking distance of Westcreek public school. I am certified in CPR and I comply with the Childcare and Early Years Act(Bill 10). -I will provide two nutritious meals with snacks throughout the day and engage them in the preparation so they learn the importance of healthy eating.
-I have a safe play space with lots of fun and educational toys for the children to enjoy.
-I have a spare room for nap time and my home is entirely child-proofed.
-My home is smoke, pet and peanut/tree nut free. I will cater to any other nutritional allergies and have Epi Pens at hand.
-The daily activities will include singing, dancing, arts and crafts, and trips to the nearby park. There will also be lots of play time outside in the fully-fenced backyard, weather permitted.
-I will plan the days accordingly and keep them as close to their home schedule as possible. Your phone calls and texts are welcome throughout the day as I know the importance of keeping in touch with little ones.
