A Little Bit About me!
I have a Bachelor of Education from the University of Brock with a focus in primary education. I have been running my own home daycare for around 6 years while having my own children and love spending time caring for, nurturing and watching children learn and grow each day.
The Program:
Your child's day will be filled with learning, laughs and smiles as they enjoy the free play socialization with their peers as well as structured planned activities. Each day has a new fun task such as a building task, treasure hunts, arts and crafts, play dough, or puzzles, along with circle time, sing-a-longs with musical instruments and more! We are always finding a holiday to celebrate with extra fun activities and co-ordinated crafts! Your children will learn lots of new and exciting things through play, such as watching flowers grow in our own painted and planted pots, exploring the neighbourhood around us on nature walks, and structured games to reinforce, ABC's, 123's, colours, shapes and more!
For the little ones not yet old enough to take part in structured activities they will receive all the cuddles, smiles and nurturing needed to make their first big transition from mom and dad to a daycare environment. These little ones will follow the schedule that suits their needs best while interacting with their peers and taking part in whichever activities and milestones they are able to achieve.
My home is located in a safe residential neighbourhood, walking distance to great parks, splash pad and trails. We have daily outdoor time (weather permitting of course), where we often meet up with other providers in the area for socialization, picnics and more PLAY! Some of these providers can be made available for back up care when I am on vacation - so you are never without options! I provide healthy lunches and snacks twice daily. A wide variety of fruits and veggies are available daily. |

This is a clean, pet free and smoke free home.
Up to date first aid, police checks with vulnerable sector screening provided (for my husband and myself).
