Adoring mom of two kids.
Main floor play area with extra play space in nicely finished basement. Most activities will be on the main floor. Lots of windows and natural light. House is very clean and lots of space.
Large backyard with new playset, playhouse, picnic table, water table, basketball net and more.
Home-cooked meals prepared daily. Organic options whenever possible.
Daily activities will include: games, indoor/outdoor activities (reading/cooking, yard games), sensory activities, singing, dancing, arts/crafts, colours/numbers/alphabet), circle time and theme days and weeks to keep the days interesting.
Offering full-time and part-time care with longer hours and Saturday care as needed to accommodate irregular shifts/early mornings and later evenings. Basically providing the care we couldn't find. Earlier drop offs and later pick ups.
Schedule may vary depending on weather (if it's great out we'll spend more time outside).
Weekly activities/meals will be posted weekly. I'm completely flexible.
Daily log sheets to be completed (informing of what child ate, how long child slept, what we did as well as pee/poo log)
McMaster university graduate in social sciences in 2010. Extensive babysitting experience as well as caring for my own two kids. Work experiences and references will be given upon contact. Police check for myself and husband (incase he's here upon drop off) and cpr and first aid certificate.
Two cribs, cots and a pack play available for naps.
Kids will nap in their own rooms that will be video monitored.
I will not be on social media account while caring for your children. If you want to see your kids during the day we can FaceTime aslong as you inform me that morning. Updates will be sent when possible.
Diaper changes/checks as needed but maximum 2 hour increments.

We have a hypoallergenic dog who spends her days sleeping in the front. She is very excited upon arrival so we will keep her in the basement and visit her. If kids warm up to her we will let her out to play otherwise I'll just let her out for going to the washroom.
Must love playing, learning, laughing and a relaxed environment. Priority is creating a fun, educational and loving environment for our kids.
$100 non-refundable deposit to reserve a spot. Payment will be used towards the last week.
Payment due weekly or biweekly. Accepting cash, cheque, credit card (via square device/app - so you can use your daycare $ Towards a points card if you wish- I'm only offering this because you spend so much $ on daycare and personally I love the idea of it) Credit card payments will have a small monthly fee to cover the fees by provider.
If childcare goes longer then 10 hours it'll be an additional $5 (towards additional activity/food). No late fees because there's no reason.
I won't offer tours of my house during daycare hours. I found it uncomfortable knowing strangers would be visiting my children at daycare and I didn't know about it. It's also too hard to keep kids occupied while trying to show someone and there kids all the areas of the house.
House is child-proof. With baby gates, outlet covers and cabinet doors locked.
