Hello, I want to tell you something about myself. I am a mother of two little angels 10 and 8 years. I have spent a large span of my life working with children. I have a deep love and respect for Early Childhood Years development processes .It is my passion.......
Professionally, I am graduated from the Early Childhood Education Intensive programme from Sheridan College and I am registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators. In addition, I earned degrees of Bachelor of Education and of Master of Arts in Economics.
I have successfully observed the children and their interests and prepared effective lesson plans and created a variety of games that reflect health and nutrition i.e. Beango vs. Bingo as well as a literacy activity that promotes sound recognition. What you can expect from my service is a nurturing, clean, play-based learning environment.... the warm comforts of home that subtly, gently, prepare them for the transition to larger group care facilities and or schools. I provide structure through routine, but without rigidity..... Some activities are directed solely by the child's interest. . I have spacious, fenced backyard with a multiple of toys and child friendly toys that foster the development of gross motor skills. In the activity room you will find books, puzzles, crafts, stacking and assembly toys which help your child a great deal ,in the development of fine motor skills and cognitive ability. Circle and story time incorporates music and at times the introduction to words in Hindi, Punjabi and English. Fresh morning snack, lunches, afternoon snacks are provided according to Canada food guide.
