Mini-Souris home daycare is a nurturing, caring and enjoyable place for your children to thrive and blossom.
It is a licensed daycare , affliated with Global Child care.
It is a home-like environment, where your child(ren) spend their time in playing, engaging in learning educative and entertaining activities, exploring and developing new skills that would prepare them to daily activities, school and interacting with other children.
Your child would develop their skills through participating in
- arts and crafts
- circle time: singing, dancing, reading
- playgroups 2-3 times a week ( French and English playgroup)
- weekly themes
- other outdoor activities
- painting, colouring
At summer, we spend most of our time outdoors exploring the nature, engaging in activities such as planting, catching bugs ,insects, butterfly, and learning them in the books.
Recently, I introduced yoga exercises to my program which helps the children relax through the day and learn about animals through the yoga poses, it is performed through storytelling adventure.
Your children would also enjoy their healthy meal and snacks.
My daycare is located in a calm private street where children can enjoy biking, running, and practicing outdoor activities in front of the daycare and at the near park, which is 3 min away from the daycare. It is located near NRC, CSEC, Montfort Hospital, at the intersection of Montreal rd and Bathgate, down burma rd.
I am a member in CCPRN(Child Care Provider Resource Network. I attend lot of workshops to stay updated.
I have background in nursing( ICU), I have a well maintained first aid and advance life support and CPR training for infant/ toddlers.
It is pet-free and smoking free environment.
